So we left Warderick Wells on May 10th, bound for Hawksbill Cay which is still within the boundaries of the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park. We are very impressed with the park – it is a wonderland of marine life. The pictures from this post and the last don’t really come close to how beautiful it really is.
We arrived at Hawksbill in the late afternoon and did some some snorkeling before supper (no fishing – we’re still in the park).
Here’s some of what we saw, less than a few hundred feet from the boat…
Despite his camouflage, we could spot Mr. Ray…here’s a video (it’s bad, but you can see him).
Hello guys….I cannot believe how beautiful the water is….so glad things are going as planned looks like you are really enjoying the Bahamas! I just wanted you to know in case you are not up on the country hit list but “Wagon wheel” has made a comeback with Darius Rucker of Hootie & the Blowfish, its such a feel good song and reminds me each time I heard it on the radio of the two of you & the jam session when you played it for us! You guys could of cut it that night & put your version on the hit list! xoxox
